Patient safety

Please note treatments are eligible only for clients 18 years and above.

Due to safety reasons, children are unable to be present in the treatment room.

There are various reasons why refusal of treatment could occur, and this is up to the qualified practitioner’s discretion, based on a strict medical criterion. This assessment of whether the client is medically fit is conducted at the initial Consultation.

Be reassured that in all circumstances it will be in the client’s best interest and could include unrealistic expectations of the treatment results.

Payment methods

We accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo. We do not accept cheques. Payment must be made either in advance or at the time of the procedure but a deposit for the treatment will need to be paid in advance.

Consultation fee

Consultations are at a charge of £20 for up to 45 minutes and must be pre-paid. This is not refundable however can be redeemed off the treatment price if the treatment is booked at the consultation. The practitioner will provide all the necessary information and medical advice needed to make an informed choice on treatments.

A free post treatment follow up (two weeks post anti-winkle injections) will be made after the treatment is performed.

If the client does not wish for a follow up appointment at two weeks or fails to attend this appointment, then if a top up is required it will not be offered beyond the two week review period.

Treatment fee

A £50 deposit is required for the treatment booking. This deposit is taken at the time of booking and the appointment is secured. This is redeemable along with the consultation fee if this is applicable (based on when the treatment appointment is booked).

Failure to attend the appointment or cancelation within 48 hours of the appointment will mean any deposits are lost.

Cancellation fee

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy due to high demand and as a courtesy to both our practitioner and other clients. Giving notice will enable us to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time and also allows us to free up time for other clients waiting to book their appointment.

We request 48 hours notice for the cancellation of any appointment, any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation will mean the fee paid is non-transferable and non-refundable to cover the practitioners time and expertise.

Late arrival resulting in your treatment being cancelled or re-booked and will also result in forfeit of your deposit.

If rescheduling outside of the 48 hour policy then the consultation fee is transferable.

Aftercare and guarantees

Treatment results and expectations will be discussed at the consultation however results do vary between patients due to their age, skin condition and at which stage of the ageing process the client is at. There is no guarantee of exact results although all treatments are scientifically proven. Refunds are not given due to this reason.

Privacy policy

Any information you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Consultation forms and medical questionnaires

All our treatments require us to hold information regarding our client’s personal details along with medical information, we carry this out with the utmost care and endeavour for this information to only be used internally. No information will ever be sold to third parties.

As part of your treatment you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire in which we will ask questions about past conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose all information required and Looks Aesthetics will not be held responsible for anything not disclosed.

Changes to your medical status must be relayed to the practitioner before any further treatments are carried out.
